Gas exports from Ukraine are temporarily banned

Ukraine’s Ministry of Energy has banned market participants from exporting natural gas from the customs territory of Ukraine.

This was reported on Facebook by "Ukrtransgaz", which is the operator of gas storage facilities in Ukraine.

This also applies to gas stored in Ukraine's underground gas storage facilities in the "customs warehouse" mode.

This restriction was introduced by the order of the Ministry of Energy № 99 of 3 March 2022 in connection with the conduct of hostilities on the territory of Ukraine.
