Ukrainian delegation arrives to negotiate with Russians

Earlier, David Arakhamia, a member of the Ukrainian delegation, said that the negotiations would not be taking place in Belovezha.

Background: Belovezhskaya Pushcha is an area in Belarus where the Belovezh Accords were signed, the agreement which declared that the USSR would effectively cease to exist.
