Details: Russia claims that Putin laid out Russia’s conditions for Macron: "First of all, the demilitarisation and neutral status of Ukraine– so that Russia would be protected from any future threats from Ukrainian territory."
Putin has told Macron that information regarding rocket attacks on Kyiv are false: "Statements about alleged rocket attacks and bombings of Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities are untrue, and are elements of an anti-Russian misinformation campaign."
The Kremlin has also informed that Putin shared with Macron that the goals of the war in Ukraine will be fulfilled and "attempts to gain additional time through delaying the negotiations will only lead to more demands in Russia’s negotiating position towards Kyiv."
In addition, Putin has reiterated that "neo-Nazis" play a significant role in Kyiv's public policy.
