The fight against enemy sabotage groups has been ongoing in the whole Kyiv region since this morning, 3 February. It is reported that the situation is under control.

The Russian invaders continue to deploy large numbers of troops and equipment. Air-raid sirens sound constantly throughout the region. The fight against infiltrant groups continues in all districts of the Kyiv region. We are doing everything necessary to bring the difficult situation under control.

Buchanka district: The invaders continue shelling Irpen and Gostomel. In Borodyanka, the shelling and airstrikes have caused heavy damage to the residential sector and infrastructure. About 200 civilians were evacuated. There is information about the formation of new military columns of invaders. The Ukrainian soldiers are fighting back.
Boryspil district: The fight against Russian infiltrators is going on, but the situation is stable and under control. Utilities and infrastructure are operating normally. The borders of the district are being reinforced.
Fastiv district: Infrastructure is functioning properly; Ukrainian forces are fighting with saboteurs. Evacuation of some villages in Boyarsky prepared due to the pressure of the invaders.
Bila Tserkva district: The fight against sabotage groups is ongoing.
Vyshgorod district: The north of the district is occupied by the enemy. The forces of the aggressors are constantly regrouping. Humanitarian medical aid and food are being delivered to the area. Currently, the issue of providing humanitarian aid to the occupied territories is being resolved.
Brovarsky district: The movement of enemy equipment has been detected in the north of Baryshevskaya and in the southeast of Kalitianskaya Communities. There is no electricity and gas supply in the village of Rusanov in the Velikodymer community. About 20 private dwellings have been destroyed. The evacuation of residents is under planning.
