Quote: "We will restore every building, every street, every city. And we are telling Russia: you should learn the meaning of the words "reparations" and "contributions." You will restore everything that you have destroyed in Ukraine. In full. And those who have died – we will not forget.

You came to destroy our cities. To destroy our people. To take away everything that we hold dear. You are cutting off light, water, and heating for ordinary Ukrainians. You are leaving people stranded without food and medicine. You are firing on potential evacuation routes.

There is no weapon you would not deploy against the Ukrainian people.

And now you are telling your media propaganda that you are going to send the so-called "humanitarian columns" to Ukraine…

Remember: When millions of people forsake you, nothing will save you.

We will give the Ukrainian people in all of the regions scorched by the war everything that they need. Coordination headquarters are working at full capacity. The real humanitarian aid is already on its way."
