Intelligence: Russia may be working on Zelenskyy alleged surrender video. It’s a fake

Ukraine’s Central Intelligence Agency warns that Russia could be working on a large-scale disinformation campaign, including a video in which President Volodymyr Zelenskyy allegedly declares capitulation. The CIA urges people not to believe this and similar statements if they suddenly begin to appear because Ukraine will never surrender.

Quote: "The CIA has intelligence that the video could show President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s face. But you should know that this video is a fake, the purpose of which is to sow panic and despair, to disorient, and to convince our troops to surrender.
But as the saying goes, knowledge is power. That’s why we, Ukrainians, have already stocked up on popcorn, and we are looking forward to watching this Russian ‘masterpiece’."
Details: The Central Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense noted that Russia can use the deepfake technology to prepare the video, where different images, footage, and audio are superimposed [to create an impression that something has happened or was said that did not in reality take place].
Nowadays it is widely known that computer algorithms can ‘animate’ photos, synthesise the human voice, and replace faces on a particular video with other faces.
Recently, we [the CIA of the Ministry of Defence] made similar videos using FakeApp, superimposing our faces on popular movie clips, becoming James Bond, or even changing gender. These videos looked quite realistic.
Russia has already used similar technologies when it fabricated videos about the alleged shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine of a kindergarten in Stanytsia Luhanska, or Ukraine’s alleged chemical sabotage operation on the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
But all these fakes were debunked by Ukraine.
