Russian occupiers torture a man in Trostianets

In Trostianets, which has been liberated from the Russian occupying troops, Ukrainian defenders found the body of a man who had been tortured by the occupiers.

According to the Prosecutor General: "According to the investigation, servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces brutally abused and killed a man during the occupation of Trostianets.
His body, with multiple injuries, was found by law enforcement officers in a garage after the city was liberated on 28 March 2022. The identity of the deceased is being established."
Details: Criminal proceedings have been initiated with regard to the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The pre-trial investigation of the criminal proceedings will be carried out by Trostianets police department №1.
