Russians are transporting missiles for the ‘Iskanders’ to Belarus - General Staff

The Russian aggressors continue to relocate additional units from the Pacific Fleet and the Western Military District, while missiles for the ‘Iskander-M’ ballistic missile system are being delivered to the Belarusian town Kalinkavichy.

Details: Kalinkavichy is a town in the Gomel region, near Mazyr town. The city is connected with Gomel, Zhlobin, Brest, Ovruch by a railway junction.

The General Staff also reports a decrease in the intensity of traffic from the territory of the Russian Federation.

The aggressors did not carry out active offensive operations in the Polissya region. The regrouping of individual units from the Eastern Military District continues.

Units that suffered significant losses are usually withdrawn to the territory of Belarus. Thus, up to 2 Battalion Tactical Groups from the 106th Airborne Division were withdrawn from the territory of Kyiv region to Belarus.

The aggressors continue to launch missile and air strikes on important military infrastructure and advanced positions in order to inflict losses and deplete personnel.

The aggressors did not carry out offensive operations in the Siverskyy direction. They focused efforts on consolidating and maintaining the previously occupied borders.

In the Slobozhanshchyna direction, the aggressors abandoned the offensive near Sumy city, trying to regroup and withdraw units to other directions. Thus, one Battalion Tactical Groups of the 1st Tank Army of the aggressors was fully withdrawn from Ukraine to the territory of the Russian Federation.

The aggressors continued to strike at infrastructure facilities in Kharkiv. They attempted to conduct offensive operations in the direction of Izyum town.

The aggressors focused their efforts on taking control of the settlements of Popasna, Rubizhne and approaching Novotroitsk (Donetsk region), as well as seizing Mariupol city, but failed.

The aggressors carried out artillery and mortar shelling of the settlements of Toretske, Svitlodars’k, Troyitske, and Pisky.

Reaching the administrative borders of Donetsk and Luhansk regions remains one of the main goals of the aggressors.

In the Tavriya direction, National Guard of Russia units continue to carry out filtration measures in the temporarily occupied territories in Kherson region.

In the Southern Buh direction, the aggressors’ position and actions remained unchanged.
