The Armed Forces of Ukraine have launched a counteroffensive in some areas of the Kharkiv region.

Verbatim: "The Armed Forces of Ukraine have launched a counteroffensive in some areas of the Kharkiv region. Today we can confidently say that Mala Rohan is completely under the control of our troops and has been ‘purged’ of the aggressors. The remnants of Russian troops in Vil’khivka are being terminated. We are driving the aggressors to the border with Russia."
Significance: According to Synegubov, Russian military personnel continue to commit war crimes.
Verbatim: "Today, air strikes attacked Oskil, Izyum district. A rocket hit one of the residential buildings. A family of 4 people died. A 4-year-old child was injured."
