Powerful explosions have been reported in Lutsk, Kyiv, Rivne, Kharkiv and Zhytomyr during an air raid alert.

Details: Ihor Polishchuk urged Lutsk residents to abstain from publishing photos and videos from the site of the explosions and stay in the shelters.
An air-raid warning was in effect in almost all regions of Ukraine.
Eyewitnesses on social networks reported the second explosion in Lutsk at 22:30.
Volyn Military Administration has confirmed that Russian missiles have hit an oil depot.
