Soldiers of the Russian Federation have targeted the oil depot of the city of Dubno in the Rivne region.

According to Koval: "Today two air raid sirens sounded in the Rivne region. During the first one, the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down an enemy drone. During the second one a rocket, unfortunately, hit the oil depot in the city of Dubno. Damage and losses are being confirmed."
