According to Haidai: "Russians are targeting food warehouses in Sievierodonetsk – they know where they are, but they don’t know whether they are full or empty.
There have been several targeted attacks by the aggressors on food warehouses in Sievierodonetsk in the past week. One of those was on the evening of 25 March. Luckily, no one was injured.
I am certain an artillery observer must have been involved.
Another measure of the ‘Russian peace’: leaving the local residents without food. This is what they call a ‘special operation’.
However, there will not be a humanitarian disaster in the Luhansk region. We are delivering food supplies and essentials to basements and bomb shelters, carrying out daily evacuations of people to the safe regions of the country, and, where possible, restoring communications."
Details: Overall, on 25 March, 9 Russian attacks were repulsed in the Luhansk region.
Over the course of the day, Russian troops shelled Sievierodonetsk, Rubizhne, Lysychansk, Zolote, and Shchedryshcheve.
As a result, 10 residential buildings were damaged: 4 high-rise apartment buildings and 6 private houses. 7 people were rescued from under the rubble, and 3 more died.
In addition, Haidai reported that on 25 March, tens of tonnes of water were delivered to Lysychansk and Zolote, and water supply to Rubizhne has been partly restored.
