Quote: "Last night, the centre of Kharkiv came under fire from Caliber missiles launched from ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. So they’re already reaching us all the way from there.
The situation in Kharkiv can be said to be stable. However, today we had 44 shellings from artillery, tanks, mortars, etc. We were also fired at 140 times from multiple rocket launchers. That is what we now call a stable situation."
Details: According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, the city of Izium remains a critical point in the region. Also, the occupiers shelled the town of Zolochiv this morning, and the town of Balakleia the day before.
Syniehubov added that the authorities are monitoring the situation in the region and are trying to bring humanitarian aid to these towns, although it is difficult to do, because the enemy does not provide green corridors for delivery.
He also noted that the police in Kharkiv are working constantly. Law enforcement officers monitor public order and take action against looting.
According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are holding strong, and "there is no doubt that the enemy will not be able to enter Kharkiv."
Also, the city is gradually solving other problems - clearing debris, removing rubbish, and restoring the banking system, particularly the issuance of cash.
According to Syniehubov, Russians continue to terrorise local government officials.
Mykola Sikalenko, the village head of Tsyrkuny, was abducted two days ago and is still held captive by the enemy.
