Belarusians are being offered salaries of $1,000- $1,500 a month for their involvement in the war in Ukraine, as well as subsidies for studying at universities in Russia, according to intelligence reports.

Quote: "Russian special services are studying the moral and psychological condition of Belarusian servicemen and conducting ‘individual interviews’ with the rank and file. This way Putin's emissaries are trying to persuade the Belarusian military to take part in the war with Ukraine, not necessarily representing the Belorussian army.
Belarusians are being offered $1,000-$1,500 a month for performing ‘special tasks’. Additionally, they are offered subsidised training in Russian military universities (for example, the Ryazan Airborne Command School)."
Details: Ukrainian intelligence has recorded such cases in the 103rd Airborne Division of the Armed Forces of Belarus and Gomel Border Guards.
The Chief Intelligence Directorate also reports that Belarusians who refuse to participate in the so-called "special operation" are being checked "for ties to the opposition". Commanders disloyal to the Russian Federation are being replaced.
