According to Haidai: "The tragedy happened last night, when the Russian army intensified its shelling. Around 20:00 the enemy targeted a high-rise in Rubizhne. The shell exploded on the fifth floor."
Details: Russian shelling has also caused a fire in a production facility and an educational establishment in Rubizhne. Emergency responders have continued to try and extinguish the fire at the Lysychansk oil refinery.
5 residential buildings in Kreminna and 3 in Rubizhne also caught fire.
Haidai noted that Russian troops have recently started shelling the facilities of local businesses in a very targeted way, almost never missing their targets.
He urged local residents to report to the police or the military if they see someone on the street who might be a spotter or an artillery observer.
