The Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine issued the first notification of suspicion of committing a crime to Russian invaders who killed a man and repeatedly raped his wife in the Kyiv region.

Details: Iryna Venediktova said that Prosecutor General’s Office is receiving information about sexual offences by Russian military personnel in the occupied territories and in "hot spots".

Kyiv prosecutors have identified a Russian soldier who killed an unarmed man and repeatedly raped his wife.

The Russian aggressor was informed of the suspicion of violating the laws and customs of war in absentia. He was declared wanted and the authorities filed a request for his detention with the court.
