300 Russian troops refused to fight in the Okhtyrka district of the Sumy region and left the area.

According to the General Staff: "Facts of disobedience of Russian soldiers were recorded in the Okhtyrka district of the Sumy region.
About 300 occupiers refused to carry out the order to conduct hostilities, and left the area of the operation with 70 units of equipment."
