It is necessary to hold off the aggressors near Bucha and Hostomel, which are currently seized, and deprive them of the chance to advance on Kyiv.

Verbatim: "Bucha, Hostomel, that whole region, are temporarily seized. Currently we can not take any action in this area.
We need to hold off the adversary from attempting to cross the Irpin River and mounting an attack on Kyiv.
Our potential does not allow us to move to offensive action in this direction for now, [we can do that] only locally.
We are increasing our potential, while the adversary’s [potential] is decreasing…"
