Zelenskyy: Russia uses prohibited weapons every day

The Russian army is using prohibited weapons and prohibited methods of warfare.

Details: According to the President, Russia is using powerful weapons, including prohibited ones, after which entire cities are in ruins.
Zelenskyy: "We see that Volnovakha does not exist any more. It is simply not there. There is almost no Gostomel. Some of our cities are gone. They are using various cruise missiles.
They also launch them from different territories - from within Russia and Belarus. And Belarus has recognised this. Lukashenko officially said that yes, several missiles were launched. We can give you all the details - where, when and what is being used.
But it happens basically every day. They use prohibited weapons on a daily basis."
Details: Zelenskyy stressed that conventions or rules of warfare, including on the treatment of prisoners, do not matter to Russia at all.
Quote: "We also know about the treatment of prisoners. Some things we just can't show... No conventions are being followed. There are basements, there are a lot of very unpleasant things that are not related to any rules of war."
