According to Haidai: "Russians reopened heavy fire on Severodonetsk, Rubizhne, and Popasna.

[…] Again there are around 20 damaged or destroyed buildings, including 3 high-rise apartment buildings and 9 private residential houses, a food warehouse, outbuildings, garages, and infrastructure facilities."

Details: Haidai said that "the attempts of the Russian army to capture large cities have been in vain, so they have chosen the tactics of terrorising civilians."

He also noted that no one was killed in the shelling on 20 March; two people were wounded – in Popasna and Komyshuvakha. Five people have been rescued from under the rubble.
