200 evacuated after missile hits Kyiv courtyard

A Russian missile damaged buildings in the Svyatoshin neighbourhood of Kyiv, wounding 6 people; 200 people were evacuated.

Details: A Russian missile hit the ground near apartment buildings in the historic Svyatoshin neighbourhood on the western edge of Kyiv, wounding 6 people, 2 of whom have been hospitalised.

Two buildings suffered severe damage, and windows in 6 more shattered from the explosion.

Buildings belonging to two schools and two kindergartens were also damaged. Over 200 residents of the damaged houses have been evacuated.

Background: It was reported that fragments of a missile caused a fire in a residential building in Kyiv.
