Head of Regional Administration on shelling of Chernihiv and Nizhyn: Russian troops are desperate

Vyacheslav Chaus, Head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, said that Russian troops are shelling Nizhyn and Chernihiv.

Quote from Chaus: "Dear region, this is what we have going on: Nizhyn is being shelled; Chernihiv is constantly, chaotically being shelled. These are the enemy’s desperate shellings.

These Moskal b*****ds [Moskal is a historical designation used for the residents of the Grand Duchy of Moscow from the 12th to the 15th centuries, now used by some as a derogatory term for Russians - ed.] continue to lose many resources, in terms of bth equipment and personnel. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are inflicting devastating blows on them. That’s why they are desperate and shelling civilian infrastructure."

Details: While deliberately avoiding mentioning concrete plans, Chaus noted that utility and energy service workers currently have a lot of work. Everyone is working to rebuild the infrastructure in all communities where it has been damaged or destroyed. Where possible, the government will continue to supply medicines and food.
