According to Tsarev: "Our [Russian] troops are now near Kryvyi Rih. I expect some consistency from the mayor of Kryvyi Rih, Yuriy Vilkul. Yuriy and Oleksandr Vilkul used to be my fellow party members and have always taken a pro-Russian stance.
Cooperating with the Russian army means preserving the city and the lives of Kryvyi Rih residents. I trust that the mayor of Kryvyi Rih [Yuriy Vilkul is the acting mayor] will make the right decision".
According to Oleksandr Vilkul: "F**k you, traitor, along with your masters!"
Details: Vilkul Jr. also reported on the situation on the morning of 20 March: "We're doing fine in Kryvyi Rih. We are in business."
