The chief of a Russian military unit has been reprimanded for his weak efforts in creating a fake ‘Kherson People's Republic’.

Elsewhere, "The commandant's office of the Russian city of Belgorod is investigating 10 servicemen of the 138th Motorised Rifle Brigade who took part in the offensive on the city of Kharkiv and, due to heavy losses, refused to participate further in the hostilities and incited the others to return home."

Details: The Russian invaders are suffering significant losses. Morale is low among Russian personnel and deteriorating with each passing day of combat operations.

Punitive units of the National Guard of the Russian Federation involved in the fighting have lost a significant amount of weapons and military equipment.

They are replacing the losses with outdated and partially defective equipment.
