The chief of a Russian military unit has been reprimanded for his weak efforts in creating a fake ‘Kherson People's Republic’.

Details: The Russian invaders are suffering significant losses. Morale is low among Russian personnel and deteriorating with each passing day of combat operations.
Punitive units of the National Guard of the Russian Federation involved in the fighting have lost a significant amount of weapons and military equipment.
They are replacing the losses with outdated and partially defective equipment.
