This is a crime against humanity!
We demand that the occupation administration follow the rules of warfare and provide civilians with food and water, and allow them to leave the combat zone!"
Details: He added that the Ukrainian authorities are ready to immediately help and save their citizens, but the Russian aggressors are not agreeing on a "green corridor" and are not allowing humanitarian convoys to enter.
