Vitaliy Kim: Russian troops withdrawing from Mykolayiv

Vitaliy Kim, Head of the Mykolayiv Regional Military Administration, said that Russian occupying forces are withdrawing from the city of Mykolayiv.

According to Kim: "The situation is, as they’ve been saying lately, ‘better than yesterday’. The enemy continues to shell residential neighbourhoods with artillery and rockets from 50-70km away.

As for combat action, Russians are currently withdrawing from Mykolayiv and moving in another direction."
