Russian President Vladimir Putin is moving troops to Belarus from Vladivostok and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky to make up for his losses in the war in Ukraine.

According to the General Staff: "Certain units of the 155th Brigade of Marines (Vladivostok) and the 40th Separate Brigade of Marines (Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky) have been transferred to Belarus to make up for the losses of Eastern Military Region forces.
Details: There is also information that in the area northwest of Chernobyl, Russian command has deployed forces of the Eastern Military District as a tactical rear area.
