Quote: "The Russian occupiers released the village head of the Velykoburlutsk community, Viktor Tereshchenko.
I just talked to him– at the moment he is in the hospital. Viktor Mykolayovych [Tereshchenko] is a good man, he stands for the community and for the protection of national interests."

Details: Synyehubov also stated that the occupiers did not allow humanitarian aid to be carried out along certain "green corridors" – in particular to the city of Izium.

In the Kharkiv region, Russian forces have built logistics centres in outlying villages to receive humanitarian aid shipments, and upon receiving the aid, deliver it to residents with the help of volunteers.
