Quote: "Russian troops opened fire on one of the medical facilities in Lysychansk. In total, they fired ten shells. The windows of the hospital and the nearby residential buildings were shattered. We are clarifying information on casualties. Rescue work is continuing at the site."
Details: In addition, Haidai said in a video message that there had been some attempts by the Russian occupying forces to break through the defensive lines in Rubizhne and Popasna.
"They even managed to enter Rubizhne. They say that the whole city is under their control, but it is all a lie. We will see what happens in a couple of days, not only there but in other areas as well," said Haidai.
According to him, the Russians have had no success in the direction of Zolote and Sievierodonetsk.
Haidai also said that pro-Ukrainian activists are being tortured in the occupied territories. "Families of Ukrainian soldiers are being found, people are being taken away in an unknown direction with bags on their heads. There is a lot of looting."
