Dmytro Zhyvytskyy, Head of the Sumy Regional State/Military Administration, reported that two civilians had been killed and that the invaders had been expropriating weapons and telephones.

Verbatim: "They (Russian occupying forces - ed.) started trespassing in private properties and taking away cell phones from people for some reason. Whenever a person has an officially registered weapon, they take it away."
"Unfortunately, the shelling of the suburbs and Sumy city continues. A civilian car was shelled during the fierce fighting and a young girl died."
"We also learned that a businessman who provided food to a small town was killed."
Details: Dmytro Zhyvytskyy saluted the active work of Ukrainian Armed Forces, who destroyed dozens of aggressors’ military vehicles in the Trostyanets community.
In addition, Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration informed on the preliminary agreed humanitarian corridors in the Sumy region. He also announced the delivery of humanitarian aid to the region with the support of the UN.
