Russians shell hits the yard of the house in Kyiv, severely injuring yet another child

A 4-year-old boy was returning home with his father when Russian soldiers fired missiles at one of the districts in Kyiv.

Details: A missile hit the yard of the house, and the boy and his father received shrapnel wounds. The child, whose lower back was severely injured from the blast, was taken to Ohmatdyt.

The boy underwent all the necessary scanning procedures and had surgery at the hospital. Ohmatdyt doctors treated the shrapnel wound and removed the non-viable tissues.

The child was diagnosed with severe kidney disease. Fortunately, the spinal cord and other internal organs were not affected. Currently, the patient's life is not in danger, but his injury is very dangerous.

The boy will be going through the long healing process under the supervision of Ohmatdyt’s doctors.
