Russian troops have shelled a shelter for women and children in Severodonetsk in the Luhansk region.

According to Haidai: "Russian occupying forces shelled the shelter for mothers and children in Severodonetsk.
Shelter residents and staff are currently safe."
Details: Haidai noted that countless mothers with their children and babies were hiding from the Russian fire in the shelter.
He added that there are no more safe places in the Luhansk region.
Darya Kasyanova, Director of the SOS Children’s Villages Ukraine international charitable organisation, said that the shelter in Severodonetsk was set up by her organisation only at the end of last year.
