In Merefa near Kharkiv 21 people killed as result of Russian shelling

As a result of the shelling of the city of Merefa in the Kharkiv region, 21 people were killed and 25 were injured.

Details: Among the 25 injured ten are in a critical condition.

Rescuers are working to clear the rubble.

Ukrainian prosecutors have started a criminal investigation under the article on violation of customs and rules of war, combined with premeditated murder.

•  At half past three on the night of March 17, the Russian military fired artillery at the city of Merefa. The premises of the secondary school and the House of Culture were destroyed as a result of the shelling,.
• On the morning of March 17, the aggressor also fired on Dergachi and the village of Slatine in the Kharkiv region. At least three people were killed and five others were injured.
