Quote from Vyshgorod district: "There is a humanitarian disaster in the occupied Ivankivska, Dymerska and Poleska communities, with no communication, electricity, food or medicine. The evacuation of people from the occupied Dymersk community continues.

Slavutych is completely isolated. Food and medicines are needed.

Details: There is no water, gas, electricity or communications in the Makarivka community in the Buchan district. The settlement is under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but is constantly under enemy fire.

In the Borodianska, Buchanska and Hostomelska communities, enemy movements are recorded. Infrastructure has been destroyed.

Borodianka is blockaded. Preparations are under way for the evacuation of civilians and the delivery of humanitarian aid.

Preliminary information suggests that a Russian aircraft has been shot down in the Boryspil region. The information is being verified, and a search for the aircraft or fragments of it is under way.

In the Brovary district, there are enemy vehicles in the territory of Baryshevskaya, Kalitianskaya, Velikodymerskaya and Kalinovskaya communities.

On the night of 16-17 March, the invaders launched a rocket attack on the Kalynivska community. One of the settlements suffered damage to infrastructure and housing. According to preliminary reports, there were no casualties.

The situation in the Fastivsky district is stable and under control. There is no fuel at some petrol stations.

Shelling with Grad multiple rocket launchers took place towards the village of Yasnohorodka, with no casualties, no deaths or significant damage.

The situation in the Obukhiv district is stable and under control. There are shortages of some products. There are insufficient quantities of fuel at petrol stations and queues.

In the Bila Tserkva district the situation is under control. The night passed quietly, without shelling. Territorial defence forces are on high alert.

The most dangerous areas in the Kyiv region are also reported:

  • Zhytomyr Road
  • Bucha - Irpin - Hostomel
  • Makarov
  • North of the Vyshgorod district.

Almost all of the region is under constant alert for possible air raids. A fight against sabotage groups is underway in all districts of the Kyiv region.

The evacuation of the population through humanitarian corridors continues. Humanitarian aid is being sent to all seven districts of the region.
