According to Haidai: "On the night of 16-17 March, Russians have turned Rubizhne into hell, shelling all night long. At least 27 buildings – in places, entire streets – were on fire as a result of the Russian shelling.
At least five more fires have broken out in Popasna and one in Severodonetsk."
Details: Information about casualties is being confirmed.
Haidai noted that the Russian army deliberately targets civilians who do not even have an opportunity to leave safely.
He gave a reminder that a few days ago, Russian troops had shelled buses carrying refugees in Rubizhne, and on 16 March they shelled a bus with Mariupol evacuees.
Haidai said: "We have barely managed to evacuate women and children from Popasna."
