The positions of the Ukrainian military in the Kharkiv region are strengthening. The local authorities are convinced that it is not possible to seize Kharkiv.

Details: Izyum remains a critical point in the region: Ukrainian Armed Forces inflicted devastating losses on the occupying forces, but the city is still encircled. People are left with no electricity, power, heat supply and no cell communications.
The situation is also difficult in the settlements of Balakleya, Vovchansk, Kupyansk, Lyptsi, Tsyrkuny. Authorities are trying to deliver humanitarian aid to the people.
Oleh Synegubov noted that there were 50 artillery shellings in Kharkiv last night.
Verbatim: "They are chaotic: the city centre, the central market. A shell hit a market near the subway an hour ago."
Details: Nevertheless, the local authorities consider the seizure of Kharkiv unrealistic: first, due to the lack of support for aggressors among the local population; second, due to the positions of Ukrainian Armed Forces, which are strengthening day by day.
