On the morning of 16 March, hackers hacked the websites of Russian arbitration courts. On their home pages, a message appeared with insults to Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russian people in relation to the war in Ukraine.

Details: The hackers’ message reads that Putin is the "terrorist number one" and that the people of Russian are fascists.
It is impossible to access Russian courts’ web pages from Ukraine, but Google search reveals that, for example, the description of the Moscow Arbitration Court has changed.
It now reads: "You have been f***ed for ten years, and you’re just happy to be f***ed. Oh how I hate you, "dear" compatriots. F***ing b*****ds, YOU are responsible for what is going on in Russia […]" [Translation of screenshot]
According to RBC, later on, the websites stopped loading altogether.
A spokesman for the Amur Region Arbitration Court said the court’s online "filing cabinet" was "in working order."
As of now, some courts’ websites have resumed their work.
