Russian military leadership has decided to speed up the graduation of cadets from higher military schools to send them to war against Ukraine.

Verbatim: "According to available information, the Russian military leadership decided on cadets’ early graduation from higher military educational institutions in the Russian Federation with their subsequent involvement in hostilities against Ukraine."
Details: Russians are trying to strengthen their presence and concentrate reserves near the state border in the Slobozhanschyna direction.
The aggressors are trying to block access to Sumy city from the south and block Izyum town.
The General Staff notes that the situation near Mariupol remains the worst, where the aggressor is trying to block the city on the western and eastern outskirts. Russians suffered heavy losses there and were forced to engage reserves from the 810th Separate Marine Brigade.
