In the Donetsk direction, the Ukrainian troops repulsed the aggressor's offensive, killing up to 100 Russian soldiers and destroying their vehicles.

Quote: "Today, as of 5 pm on March 14, in the operational and Tactical group "East"’s area of responsibility, the Russian occupying forces tried to break through the Ukrainian defences towards Donetsk.
As the offensive was being repulsed, the enemy lost up to 100 personnel, 2 tanks, 3 infantry fighting vehicles and 1 armoured vehicle. After an unsuccessful attempt to break through our defence, the enemy retreated."
Details: It is reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces found the aggressor who was trying to attack in the Volnovakha direction in time. As a result of the battle, 4 infantry fighting vehicles and up to two infantry platoons were destroyed.
Also during the day, Ukrainian aircraft and artillery inflicted fire damage on the accumulated military vehicles and aggressor’s columns. In particular, artillery fire destroyed the supply column, namely more than 12 units of motor vehicles.
After suffering losses, the battalion tactical groups of the 336th Separate Marine Brigade and the 11th Separate Landing and Assault Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces retreated.
