Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has defended Russian President Vladimir Putin, who was ridiculed by US businessman Elon Musk.

- Elon Musk supported Ukraine against a full-scale Russian war. President Volodymyr Zelensky personally thanked him for supporting and providing terminals for communication with satellite Internet, which belongs to his company.
- Kadyrov said on March 13 that he was allegedly near Kyiv and personally commanding units of his henchmen. In contrast, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said they had no information about Kadyrov's stay in Ukraine.
