An airstrike on the town of Okhtyrka in the northeast of Ukraine (Sumy region) on 14 March has killed at least 3 civilians.

According to Kuzmenko: "Okhtyrka – its residential neighbourhood, residential houses – was bombed at night. At least 3 people died, others have not been found yet. Behind me, houses are burning.
Unfortunately, we do not yet have any air defences – the whole country does not yet have such defences.
People around the world are asking: defend the sky, close the sky over Ukraine.
Those pilots who are bombing the town of Okhtyrka have to understand that they are killing civilians, and their children – the children of those bastard pilots, will burn in hell."
