According to Haidai: "The evacuation by buses to the Novozolotarivka railway station is scheduled for tomorrow, March 14, 2022. (Train leaves approximately at 14:00)."
"Women, children and elderly people are leaving on the first-priority basis!!!"
"The evacuation will start during a ceasefire."
Details: The Luhansk Military Administration announced to residents the time and place at which they should gather, where buses will be waiting for them.
They will then be relocated to Novozolotarivka station.
The evacuation is primarily for the residents of Lysychansk, Severodonetsk, Rubizhne, Zolote, and Hirs’ke.
The time and place of the gathering in each locality is specified in a facebook post.
Background: It was impossible to evacuate people from Popasna, Shchastya and Hirs’ke in the Luhansk region due to the constant shelling of the routes of humanitarian corridors on March 13 by Russian forces.
Russian forces are firing on towns in the Luhansk region with heavy artillery. A tank assault was executed on a home for the elderly.
The occupying forces dropped phosphorus shells from aircraft in Popasna on the night of March 13. This type of ammunition is prohibited by the Geneva Conventions.
