According to Silenkov: "Orcs [Russian occupying forces] shelled Vysokopillya village using ‘Grad’ multiple rocket launchers at 4 pm today. The kindergarten was hit directly, the gas network had been out of order. The power is out. Residential buildings are damaged. This is the only community in the region that openly resisted the invaders."

Details: The residents of Vysokopilya have been defending the village from Russian forces for  three days in a row, according to Silenkov.

In addition, the former politician says that Russian troops are launching offensives from two directions– from Novovorontsovka in the east and from Velyka Oleksandrivka in the southwest.
