In violation of the requirements of International Humanitarian Law, [Russia] continues to deploy soldiers and equipment at high-risk facilities, is shelling civilians, conducts illegal searches, including of personal belongings, of local residents, and disguises soldiers in civilian clothes and uniforms of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The moral and psychological condition of the invader’s troops that have taken part in battles with the Armed Forces of Ukraine continues to deteriorate, with an increasing number of desertions and refusals to carry out orders."

Details: According to the information available, a large number of Russian soldiers, wounded in the course of hostilities in Ukraine, are being treated in healthcare facilities in the south-eastern part of the Republic of Belarus.

There are not enough blood supplies for surgery. Reserves accumulated for the citizens of the Republic of Belarus are being used: about 2/3 of the reserves have been redirected to the needs of the Russian troops. The campaign to collect blood among public sector employees and the civilian population has intensified.

"The Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with other components of the Defence Forces, are providing a worthy rebuff to enemy troops. In particular, two helicopters, two fighter jets (one of which is a Su-34) and two UAVs were destroyed during the previous day," the General Staff said.

Background: On 12 March, Russian troops made unsuccessful attempts to attack Kryvyi Rih and suffered heavy losses.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that there is a high probability of direct participation of the Belarusian army in the war against Ukraine.
