According to Biloshytskyi: "Popasna. Phosphorus ammunition has been deployed. Destructive, ruinous, devastating force."
Background: Phosphorus ammunition contains poisonous white phosphorus and can include air bombs, artillery shells, rockets, mines and hand grenades. The Geneva Convention prohibits the use of ammunition with white phosphorus. An example of the effects of such ammunition can be seen in the photo.
