Details: Due to the unsuccessful attempt to launch a brilliant offensive, the aggressors are forced to change tactics. Due to significant logistical problems and stretched communications, they are unable to properly provide their units with fuel, food, vehicles, ammunition or to conduct a rotation.
Now the main task of the aggressors is to gain a foothold in their existing positions, while hiding from the local population. At the same time, certain units of Putin's troops remain cut off from supplies indefinitely and have been instructed to move to "self-sufficiency" until further orders. In other words, to take everything they need from the local population and to rob warehouses, shops, drugstores.
The Chief Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine notes that the photos of looting which have been disseminated throughout the world in recent days are not isolated incidents.
In addition, the looting is accompanied by numerous cases of serious crimes against civilians, including against minors: murder, torture, rape.
This is a deliberate policy of terror conducted by the aggressor’s state, and is encouraged by its top leadership, intelligence officials say.
At the same time, the Ministry of Defence emphasises that all crimes committed by the aggressors are being recorded, those who commit them are known, and retribution will be inevitable.
