Mykolaiv shelled: 8 casualties, 167 apartment blocks damaged
Shelling overnight in Mykolaiv has injured eight people, destroyed 11 houses and damaged 167 apartment blocks, a hospital and 11 kindergartens and schools.

Details: The shelling damaged a total of 167 apartment blocks, Hospital No. 3 and 11 kindergartens and schools. Eleven houses were completely destroyed.
Eight civilians have been injured, but no fatalities have been reported.
Explosive devices have been found at 182 locations around the city and are being cleared by explosive ordnance disposal specialists. Some 124 locations have already been checked and 36 explosive devices have been disposed of.
Heat and gas supplies are now being restored where systems were damaged.

In the night of 11-12 March, Mykolaiv came under fire from Grad and Smerch rocket launchers. Shelling was indiscriminate, affecting residential neighbourhoods, hospitals, a boarding school and a heating plant, where the chimney was hit. According to initial reports, two people were injured.
