As a result of enemy shelling, several populated areas of Luhansk Oblast have been left without light, gas, heating or water.

Direct quote from Haydai: "As a result of the military action, gas pipelines of various diameters and at various pressures have been damaged or GDS exit valves closed off. Twenty-three populated areas are completely without gas supply and seven are partially cut off – in total around 35 000 subscribers.

As at 8:00 12 March, 34 populated areas have been disconnected, of which 22 fully and 12 partially. 84 873 users are without electricity, and 523 transformer substations have been disconnected". 

Details: In addition, in the city of Severodonetsk, the heat supply to 180 apartment buildings has been turned off due to damage to boilers operated by the municipal company, Severodonetskteplokommunenergo.

There are also reports of disruption to the internal systems of many apartment buildings, and the district central heating services provided by CE Severodonetsk CHP.

In the city of Luhansk, 11 heating plants belonging to  CE Lysychanskteploset have been out of action due to the lack of electricity and water supply. 

In addition, thee water supply is partially restricted in the cities of Popasna and Zolote.

There is also no water supply in Nyzhnie, Nyzhnee-1, or Novotoshkivka (2 180 subscribers) in connection with the military action and power cuts in Svetlitsky department of KP "PRV".

The water supply is partially cut off in the city of Luhansk (district of Sklozavodu, Pereizna, neighbourhood Zavodu HTV, district of Shakhty Matroska) where electricity pylons and the water supply t the pumping station (1 and 2) "Lisna dacha" have been damaged and cut off as a result of the shelling.
