According to the General Staff: "It is highly likely that the Russian Federation will intensify its terrorist approach to combat, missile and bomb strikes on civilian infrastructure and residential neighbourhoods, threatening local residents, carrying out informational and psychological operations aimed at undermining public confidence in local government officials, disseminating misinformation, and taking the local population hostage."

Details: The General Staff stated that so far, the Russian troops have not achieved their main goals of capturing certain cities and territories.

At the same time, units and subdivisions of the occupying forces do not abandon attempts to continue the offensive on all fronts. To achieve this, they are forming and consolidating reserves on the territory of Russia. A significant number of Russian units are restoring combat capability.

The Russian forces are trying to ensure logistical support for their combat units.

They also continue to conduct air reconnaissance of Ukrainian troops’ positions in the Donetsk, Tavriya, Pivdennobuzhsky, and Bessarabia operational areas.

"In order to involve the Republic of Belarus in the war against Ukraine, the enemy is resorting to provocations. According to available information, Russian Air Force aircraft struck settlements on the territory of the Republic of Belarus near the state border of Ukraine. To disguise the attack, the Russian Federation carried it out from the territory of Ukraine," the General Staff said.

They added that the morale of the Russian troops is extremely low. They are demoralised, and in some areas the occupiers are surrendering.
