Russian troops target psychoneurological hospital in Kharkiv region, 330 people were inside

Russian troops have shelled the Oskolsky psychoneurological internat [a psychoneurological internat is a social-medical facility used for the temporary or permanent accommodation of people who are in need of care or support due to a disability or a chronic mental disorder - ed.] in the Kharkiv region which, at the time, had 330 residents. Information about the victims is being confirmed.

According to Synehubov: "The invaders have once again carried out a violent attack on civilians. After the war crimes in Mariupol, today the enemy has made a direct hit on the Oskolsky psychoneurological internat.
73 people were evacuated to a boarding school nearby. At the time of the enemy’s attack, there were 330 people in the internat! 50 of these have reduced mobility and 10 are wheelchair users. The number of casualties is being established."
